From London to New York. Empire State Building View Surprise Proposal.

Brain had a perfect solid plan for the day: helicopter tour, limousine, dinner and marriage  proposal on a private rooftop. Everything was confirmed and finalized month in advance, but on the proposal day the rain and thunder puttee whole thing under question. The helicopter tour was cancelled and we were really concerned about the rooftop since its an outdoor area.
