The Dumbo area in Brooklyn is known for its iconic skyline views of Downtown Manhattan and the world-famous Brooklyn Bridge. Brighton Beach is a public beach in Brooklyn. It is a popular summer destination for New Yorkers and tourists. When visiting Brighton Beach you can make the whole day out of it: New York Aquarium, European restaurants, and the world-famous Coney Island are also around that area.

When you planning the beach proposal keep in mind that there are lots of people during the day, so we would recommend proposing after working hours. Led candles and a secret proposal photographer would work perfectly in this area. You can not bring fake rose petals, glitter, confetti, or balloons to the beach. But beach proposal is ideal for drone shots as drones are permitted in this area.
