The Dumbo area in Brooklyn is known for its iconic skyline views of Downtown Manhattan and the world-famous Brooklyn Bridge. Led candles and a secret proposal photographer would work perfectly in this area. You can not bring fake rose petals, glitter, confetti, or balloons to the beach.
