2.Champ de Mars

Champ de Mars is the large green space located at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. It’s a popular spot for picnics and relaxing, but it’s also a great place to propose. You could choose a quiet spot away from the crowds, or propose in the midst of the busy park. Either way, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the background will make for a beautiful and memorable proposal. This is also a popular spot for picnics and celenrations.

The banks of the Seine River offer a romantic and picturesque location for a proposal. You could walk along the river and take in the view of the Eiffel Tower, or even take a boat ride and propose on the water. Huge led letters, led candles and Eiffel Tower on the background  is all you need for a ‘YES”

Montmartre is a historic neighborhood located on a hill overlooking the city. It’s known for its winding cobblestone streets, little cafes, and stunning views of the city. You could take a stroll through the neighborhood and propose at one of the many picturesque spots, such as the famous steps leading up to the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. Where to propose in Paris with the Eiffel Tower view?

Looking to make your Paris proposal even more charming? Here are some decor ideas.

1. Flower Arrangements

One of the easiest and most beautiful ways to add some extra romance to your proposal is with flowers. Paris is known for its stunning flower markets, so why not take advantage of that and create a beautiful flower arrangement for your proposal location? You could also scatter flower petals on the ground or create a heart shape out of petals for an extra special touch.

2. Led Candles

Candles are another easy and romantic way to add some atmosphere to your proposal. You could place candles in glass jars or lanterns around the proposal location, or create a candlelit path leading up to the proposal spot. If you’re proposing in the evening, the candles will create a beautiful glow that will enhance the romantic atmosphere. Our favorite is a candlelight heart proposal, that would look amazing in any country.

3. Balloons

Balloons are a fun and festive way to add some color  to your proposal location. You could create a balloon arch or balloon bouquet in your partner’s favorite colors, or choose balloons that match the colors of the French flag. You could also choose the heart shaped balloons that would look great on the pictures.

4. Picnic Set-Up

If you’re proposing in a park or other outdoor location, why not create a romantic picnic set-up for your proposal? We can bring a picnic blanket, pillows, and a basket filled with your partner’s favorite snacks and drinks. We also can create a cute French-themed decor like a red and white checkered tablecloth, wine glasses, and a baguette for an extra special touch. You can also do the picnic proposal on the river banks and enjoy the sunset and the Eiffel Tower view from there.

5. Music

Music is a great way to add some ambiance to your proposal location. You could hire a musician to play your partner’s favorite song or create a playlist of romantic French songs to play in the background. You could also surprise your partner by learning to play a song on an instrument yourself, like the accordion or guitar, for an extra special touch. For musicians we have a great choice of violin, saxophone, guitar or trio.

These are just a few ideas for decor to make your proposal in Paris even more beautiful and memorable. The key is to choose decor that represents your partner’s personality and your relationship, so that your proposal feels personal and special.

Paris is that the city that offers something for every couple. Whether you’re a foodie, a history buff, or a nature lover, Paris has something to offer. You can spend your days exploring the city’s museums, art galleries, and historical landmarks, or you can simply stroll through the city’s charming neighborhoods, taking in the beauty of the city together. Will it be snowing on my proposal in December?

Allow professionals to take care
of your proposal in New York

One of the most asked questions we got for the December bookings is if its going to snow on that day? And as much as we are all excited about a ‘white Christmas’, it hasn’t  snowed in December in New York City since 2003!

So when is it going to snow in New York and how to make your December proposal more festive?

December in New York is a very tricky month, on the one hand its still warm and sunny, on the other hand its windy and rainy. When planning your Holiday proposal in New York, always have a plan ‘B’ for the rainy day.  And think of dressing in layers as the weather will be changing every day.

What should you know when planning your Holiday proposal in New York?

First of all start planning your proposal earlier as its the busiest month of the year. Hotels, restaurant reservations, attraction tickets are flying fast. This is also the engagement month, so venues and vendors are booked as well.  There are only 3 Saturdays till Christmas Day and most of the clients are looking to propose before that. If you planning proposing in Central Park or Brooklyn Bridge Park, you also need to apply for the permits in order to secure the desired location.

Then, think about your ‘cover story’. It is an engagement month so most of the partners are expecting to get engaged during this time. If you trying to keep it a secret and truly surprise your partner, think of the natural way to bring them over to the proposal location.

Be realistic. We all saw these beautiful instagram pictures of the empty plaza next to the Rockefeller  Center Christmas Tree and thought that that would be a perfect private spot for a proposal. But in reality it is the most crowded place in the city. Choose the alternative tree or come to the plaza in the morning to avoid the crowds.

Be aware of the traffic. December is the month when people from all over the country  and the world are coming over to see the Christmas Tree and experience the Christmas magic in New York , the traffic is unbelievable  and it might takes hours to go through boroughs.

Dress in layers. It might snow, rain and shine in the same day. December is also known for strong winds, so dress up warm.

So when snow falls in New York?

January, February and March are typical snowy months in New York. There might be a mix of rain and snow in December but to get that all-white picture of iconic Central Park you would need to propose in later months.

If you want to incorporate winter feeling into your proposal, here are some tips. First, make it festive. If you propose in December, the city is decorated with Christmas ornaments and lights, its very celebratory, so do the same for your proposal. Either propose by the Christmas Tree with a secret photographer capturing a surprise ( the Lotte Palace tree or Washington Square park trees are absolutely stunning) or decorate a private space with the Christmas theme.

Another great option to get that winter feeling is to reserve a table in the restaurant with the fireplace. That is a perfect way to celebrate your  newly engagement and share great news with all your friends and family. If you propose in Central Park, the Tavern on the Green and Loeb Boathouse would be ideal spots.

Another way to add Christmas spirit to your proposal would be by renting a vintage car, which can pick you from or to the proposal. There is nothing like driving around a city enjoying all the Christmas decor.

What to make it festive but not into Christmas?

December is a perfect month for elegant  and elaborate proposals. If you want to propose, but not looking to do it under the Christmas Tree here are some tips:

1. Rent a private venue, preferably a rooftop with the city view.

With all the noise and crowds in the city you really need to find a private venue where  it will be just the two of you. A Private rooftop with indoor space would be perfect for an elegant proposal.

2. Choose an elegant decor

Instead of Christmas lights and bright decor, choose more neutral colors. Add candles and flowers, a live musician and photographer. Let it be a moment for just you two.

3. Invite family

To celebrate a newly engagement would be a perfect opportunity to get everyone together. Invite close friends and family and create memories together.
