- Photography permit: The Untermyer Gardens are required a special photography permit. Permits are handled by the Yonkers Parks Department and only the city of Yonkers can issue a permit for this city. Without the permit you are not allowed to take professional pictures in the gardens.

The gardens are absolutely stunning and every spot is better than the previous once. The most popular is, of course, is the Temple of love.
