Kristina and Shaun sunflowers engagement

When Shaun was planning his proposal, one thing he knew for sure is that there must be sunflowers in there. His girlfriend Kristina loves this type of flower and he knew they have to be there.

After discussing proposal ideas we decided to make a flower heart with the ” Marry Me” banner. Dumbo area in Brooklyn was ideal for this type of proposal as the industrial Manhattan Bridge structure looked absolutely fantastic on the pictures and bright yellow flowers really popping out on the grey asphalt.

On a proposal day, Shaun’s friends were taking Kristina out for a brunch. They arrived at Dumbo and decided to walk around before the ” reservation”. When they reached out to the proposal spot, Kristina thought that someone else was getting engaged there and was pushing her friends to leave. Just imagine her surprise, when her boyfriend comes from the corner and leads her to the heart. She said ” YES” and all their friends come out to congratulate.
